Tax forms
Form 8283 and IRS guidance.
If you’re planning to claim a federal deduction for a conservation easement or land donation, Form 8283 is the form you’ll need. Publication 526 is the IRS’s general guide to charitable contribution deductions. Your own tax advisor is the right person to confirm what applies to your situation.
